ABC Challenge 'Z': Zig Zag

The ABC Challenge is over! I can't quite believe I made it through a 7-month-long nail art challenge. It has been a lot of fun, and of course huge thanks are in order to Emiline of Nail Polish Society for organising this. Be sure to have a look at all of my previous designs here! My personal favourites are the emerald, palm trees and watermarble.

And for the last letter Z, I chose to do this zig zag design. Check out the full post for more photos!

Bottle: A-England 'Kalinka'
I started with two coats of A-England 'Cathy', a lovely pale grey with subtle holographic and blue shimmer. Unfortunately the sun has been very shy of late so I didn't manage to capture the shimmer.

Then I added the zig zags using nail vinyls from She Sells Seashells, and A-England 'Kalinka', which is a beautiful silvery-grey-lilac shade.

The close-up below does much more justice to how gorgeous Kalinka is!

So that's the ABC challenge done! What next? I'll probably find myself another nail art challenge sooner or later, but for now I have a couple of ideas that I'm looking forward to trying out over the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
